A love story of two souls finding their way back to one another. For years, they crossed paths, always just out of reach. Then, with a little help from friends, timing finally fell into place—and the rest is history.
In April of 2024, Hans and Kaylee (finally) went on their first date.
It clearly went well…
over the next year, they adventured together, traveled often, balanced life between two states, and discovered that love feels like home no matter where they are.
On August 3rd 2025, Hans took Kaylee on a hike near Mount Hood. With her dog Mya leading the way, they climbed to the lookout point at Mirror Pond Lake where Hans dropped to a knee and asked Kaylee to marry him.
She said yes, of course!
With a new home being built, it’s a place to put down roots and begin their forever. It marks the start of the rest of their lives.
And it’s only the beginning…
